Over the holidays I gained about 10 pounds like I usually do and I decided to do something about it. I have started this website to help other people through my personal experience. Please note that I am not a Doctor, , Nutritionist, physical trainer or anything along those lines. I am just a regular 48 year old guy trying to get into better shape. So if you are going to follow along and try to do what I do please consult with your doctor.

I am giving you my day to day account of what I am eating and what exercise that I am doing. Also I will give you my daily weigh-ins and comments on what is happening in my life. My goal is not only for me to lose weight and get into better shape, but to also to help you through my personal experiences.
